August Intro to Handbuilding, Tuesdays, 6:30-9:30 pm

This class is for students who are new to clay and to Mudflat! Learn essential handbuilding techniques to create pottery pieces. Through hands-on instruction, you'll work on fundamental skills including slabs & coils. The course also covers finishing pieces and applying glazes.

Classes meet once per week for four weeks, (3 hours per class) with no additional lab time. All clay, tools, and materials are included.

• Attendance Policy: Since each class builds on the previous one, attendance at all four sessions is required to complete the program. Makeup classes/time outside of class are not available. If a student misses class 3 or 4, the instructor will finish or glaze the student's work in their absence. 

• Cancellation & Refunds: If you need to withdraw from the class, please notify us at least 2 weeks before the class start date for a full refund.
