About the Event
This program is designed for Mudflat students who were previously enrolled and have a home studio available for their work. It allows you to create pieces at home and then bring them to Mudflat for firing in our kilns by our technical team. Affiliated students are required to buy clay from Mudflat. The price of clay covers the cost of glazes, bisque and glaze firings. One bag of clay is included in the tuition fee. You are welcome to use the glaze rooms at Mudflat during our Open Lab Hours. Your work will be fired alongside other Mudflat student pieces during scheduled firings. Please note that being affiliated does not grant you a student shelf in the Mudflat classrooms, and no instructional support is provided.
